Customer services has been excellent and replied promptly in context rather than a generic response. The dialogue was with the same person and really helpful.
The PLAUD Note was good, but as an occasional user I wanted access to more standard templates rather than having to pay a subscription for the "upgrade".
I look forward to trying the PLAUD Note PRO which is due to be released soon as it seems to address my minor issues with the device and I understand that there will be more free templates which is exactly what I want as an occasional user.
