Plaud Note Pro

Fairly decent device but I think the subscription are so over priced I will not be using those I will just buy the minutes, I need, I also bought the original for my boss as a Christmas present also and she has a very similar view to myself. I pay for the device the electric to charge, my phone line and internet service to connect and on top of that a subscription it is too much and the more I think about it the more I think I will sell it because the value is not there if it was part of a suit the price Of the subscription would be understandable but there are many of these tools way cheaper or free…

The Plaud device seems to be very useful
I tested it on a meeting, which did not require minutes, but it produced a useful summary.

It’s much too early for a review, after only a week of use. The AI Email bots should really recognise this.
I don’t need daily reminders inviting upgrade, either.
There is a real danger that a firm, with which I would like to stay in touch,, ends up on the blocked list.

I cannot imagine how I ever got so much done prior ot my Plaud Notes Pro.
Quite simply the device is now my new personal assistant, taking my calls, writing my summaries and organising my ToDo Lists with such ease and a little bit of panache; thank you.

Sleek design

Its a little expensive o the subscription, other then that seems good, solidly built and stylish.
The one thing i do have a gripe with is the desktop software you can't download and save independantly and have to be connected too the net.

I lost my original Plaud and the team could not have been more helpful and quick to respond. Great customer service!

This product has helped capture every detail of my calls and summarise automatically, rather than me having to capture notes and miss chunks of the conversation.
It has also helped reduce my stress levels.

Does not fir on Samsung mobile unless you cut away part of the case. Interesting how EVERY phone pictured is an apple phone!

Loving it! Turns my phone calls into attendance notes with actions. Also my daughter has been using it to create mindmaps for her gcse revision. Would be good if i could send the document by email or turn it into a word doc without having to copy and paste it but that’s something i can cope with. Im still learning what it can do.

Brilliant bit if kit, so handy for site meetings at work. Doesnt miss a thing!

This device is phenomenal and I use it everyday!
It picks everything up even from as much as 10+ metres away and then provides the user with accurate transcriptions and summaries with the ability to identify each speaker without difficulty.
THEN, the second brilliant part is the app, which is AMAZING in that you can create so many different report styles; this has been invaluable for me in evidence gathering and reporting in legal matters.
Once these reports are complete you can then import them into ChatGPT or another AI agent of your choice, to form longer and more reasoned pleadings or provide cogently and accurately edited or abridged statements.
Also fantastic for recording other important conversations / meetings that you want to be minuted, especially if you don't have a secretary to take minutes important in meetings where contemporaneous notes are a must.
Would I recommend this device...absolutely 100%; will I replace if lost or broken...TOTALLY!
This device has completely changed the way I work and increases my productivity by at least 20x!!!

I only bought this for personal use so was a bit of an extravagance. But I must say I’m so glad I did what I’ve done with it so far as being gold I’ve absolutely loved it and it’s great for putting down your thoughts or capturing some conversations.

As someone who is not conversant with AI I found this product very helpful and intuitive if it's helped for me catch things that I was missing previously.
As a 64-year-old dyslexic the memory starts to fade and play tricks this is helpful tool to keep things moving forward.

These things are so good..

So, everything works out of the box, as expected, and the product is a delight. However, the unit itself, with a proprietary charging device, has a mini USB-C connection, which caused me to have to buy an extra charging station for my desktop. Grrrrr.

It will save me a lot of headaches to be able to remember all things discussed and be able to recap a lot faster. Being able to use the transcript will be a delightful functionality.

This simple tech is amazing. It records lectures meetings phone calls and you can highlight an important point at the press of a button. Then the ai will create notes from the recording and you can liten to the recording back whilst watching the notes scroll like a teleprompt.

Want the meeting in a different format just ask it to change the layout. Want a spreadsheet, bullet points, flow chart, or mind map, just ask. Want it to search for something just ask! I’ve only been using it 10 days … game changer! If you are a busy person with a million things to do … what a time saver this is !
I’m so looking forward to expanding my use of it!

The battery lasts ages and the plaude note just clips to the back of your phone (iphone). Go get one !!!

Outstanding peice if kit

Received the item yesterday and I am now busy getting up to speed. Its a small point, however after ordering this unit at full price I continued to receive promotional offers from Plaud offering a discound, at £10 and then £15 to place my order, hardly a showstopper, although if you can stop this occuring it can only help. I would love a number to call for product support or help, I cannot find one, omly the email. I wonder if you have product tutorials too? Here we go with my new unit, I am looking forward to using it, thank you.

Impressive

Using the Plaud Note pro was an experience not unlike the first time I used Shazam - it left me with my mouth open. Given complex pieces of text to transcribe it rendered them almost word perfect including difficult spellings, but what is more when set to customisable output essay format, it turned my incoherent notes into a flowing text, including accurately inserting extra text to make the account flow more convincingly. To say I am impressed is a vast understatement! I am using it to record an autobiography and so far it is more than up to the task.

Only first few days of use and between meetings with staff and clients as well as phone call discussion capture, this is a game changer for efficiency and productivity for information capture and minutes and actions development.

I am amazed by the Plaud Note Pro. It really is a game changer for note taking. I’m no stranger to AI in meetings, but I’ve not found anything that captures those face to face meeting details quite as elegantly as the Plaud Note Pro does.
There little or no transcription errors, and the summaries are top notch.

Would highly recommend.
