Frequently asked questions

Does everyone on the team need a device?

For Plaud Team, devices are optional. Every seat comes with Plaud Desktop access for online meetings, and devices can be purchased separately and bound to the seat for users that need a device.

Some members of my team already use Plaud, can I bring them into a Team?

Yes, you can create a Team workspace as an admin, and invite them to join. They can use their existing device with the Team workspace, and all their existing files will be preserved in their Personal Workspace.

What happens when someone leaves the team?

Secure offboarding lets an admin reclaim the seat while the team's recordings, transcripts, and shared files stay with the organization. Knowledge doesn't leave with the person.
