Brilliant device, easy to operate and use. Transcribes amazing. Arrived quickly. Should have bought from you first.

This has given us so much freedom. It recaps the whole meeting and suggests improvements. Truly worth it.

Superb product

I don't normally give reviews or feedback for thing, because to be quite honest, I'm to busy enjoying them. But I've only had my Plaud Note a week and a half and it's amazing. I teach forest school at primary schools and I'm required to keep up to date session reports after every lesson. Not being a quick typer, I used to loss around 2 hrs a week writing them up. Last week with Plauds help, I gained 1hour and 40mins to do as I please. Even my boss is getting one! Oh and by the way, before asking is it hard to use? I hate technology (hence the outdoor job), so if I can use it anyone can. Worth it weight in gold, if you want to get away from the keyboard.

I’ve only been using the device for two days, but I’m still struggling to understand exactly how the audio files were downloaded, as the instructions don’t provide much detail. I had to look online to find all the information I needed.

So far, I haven’t been able to generate the notes I want because it doesn’t integrate with my notes template, and the templates available on the community site don’t match my needs. I’m going to persist this week and hopefully get the hang of it by the end of my trial.

I do have friends who own the device and are getting on really well with it, so I’m hopeful it will work out.

It's simply brilliant how excellently everything is transcribed and structured! It makes the work so much easier, and my boss was delighted with how accurately everything was reproduced! I can only recommend it!

I love it. I highly recommend it — it helps me a great deal in creating and taking notes for my Christian messages.

I really enjoy my Plaud because it makes it easier to keep up with my ideas and I gain so much knowledge with the suggestion questions offered once my idea is summarized. See I have Fibromyalgia, Erosive Osteoarthritis, and Lupus, and as much as I love to write ✍️, on top of brain fog (from both Lupus and FB) and the pain and cramping from my hands, I'd be lost without my Plaud.

Works incredibly well. Tried some other devices before I bought this one, and this one is by far the best.

Easy to use, and helps me keep track of important meetings and task that I need to do.

This has become a lifesaver in long conversations where multiple action points and topics are discussed. A straightforward source to refer to when needing specifics about what was talked about during phone conversations: I would highly recommend this product.

Very useful from the start, once you understand the processes and follow the guidelines.

I use this for both personal and professional meetings and it handles both with ease! It has been a time saver for accurate minute taking, action plan creation etc.
There are only three things I wish it would do or do better:
1. Assign speakers more accurately
2. Transfer the clear formatting in the pdf exports into the word exports as well
3. Be able to record and transcribe online meetings through the web app where I am using headphones.

Product seems pretty cool. I've only just started using it, but it seems to clearly summarize what the conversation was about. There are some words that it misinterprets but its gets close and if you have some context around it you can figure out what was supposed to be there.

I don’t have anything negative to say about this product. I literally use this EVERYDAY at work to assist with my daily operations and routines.

Recalling information shared during phone calls, interviews, one-on-one consultations, and debriefs between colleagues has become easier than ever. Plus the templates you can utilize to analyze the information recorded helps break down talking points, observations with room for improvement, and actionable feedback to help you improve. Scenarios, seminars, classes, lectures, meetings, and presentations have become so much easier to focus on with this device taking my notes. I can literally focus on what is being said rather than what I am writing and worrying about missing something important.

I have realized, in a very short time, the deficiencies in my work environment and have utilized this tool to create a detailed plan and operational solutions. It’s hard to believe how much improvement and impact one device has had on my capabilities at work, school, and personal life. Highly recommend!!
