    An ADHD'ers best friend!

    I was hesitant about purchasing my Plaud device, but I can honestly say it's been one of the best investments I've made. Having ADHD means it can be heard to pay close attention to conversations and remember key details. With Plaud I don't have to worry as I can always go back and review the notes and actions from my conversations. It's also proved helpful in marital and family arguments to analyse the power dynamics and give helpful suggestions to improve communication. The templates are great. I only wish there was a way to save your favourite templates for easy reference and access rather than having to search through them all each time.
