Accessibility Statement

Plaud is committed to making its website accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We want every customer to be able to browse, learn about, and purchase our products with ease.

Measures to support accessibility

Plaud takes the following measures to ensure the accessibility of its website:

  • Includes accessibility as part of our design and development process.
  • Tests our website with assistive technologies, including screen readers and keyboard-only navigation.
  • Reviews and improves accessibility on an ongoing basis, including when we add new features and content.
  • Commissions independent third-party accessibility evaluations.

Conformance status

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) define requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. The Plaud website is substantially conformant with WCAG 2.2 level AA within the scope assessed (see Assessment approach below). Substantially conformant means that most of the content meets the accessibility standard, and we continue to monitor and improve.

Feedback

We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of the Plaud website. If you encounter any accessibility barrier, or have suggestions, please email us at support@plaud.ai. We aim to respond as soon as possible, and if you need information or assistance in an alternative format, we will do our best to provide it.

Limitations and alternatives

Despite our ongoing efforts, some content or third-party components may not yet fully conform to WCAG 2.2 level AA. If you encounter any barrier, please contact us and we will provide the information or assistance you need through an alternative method.

Assessment approach

Plaud's websites — Plaud.ai and its regional sites (eu, de, es, fr, it, uk) — were evaluated by an independent third party, TÜV Rheinland, against WCAG 2.2 level AA, EN 301 549, and the Revised Section 508 standards, with a conformance (Pass) result. The full evaluation report is available on request.
